Description

Just east of the Carson River south of Carson City, NV lies a 1-mile easy walking trail with beautiful views of the surrounding Carson Valley that overlooks the Carson River. The trail is packed dirt and easily accessible for hikers only. After rain and snow events, the trail is very muddy but does dry out quickly.

This trail borders private property. Please keep on trail and do not trespass.

Trailhead Information

From Carson City, Nevada head south on HWY 395 for approximately 8.5 miles. Turn left onto Stephanie Way and then take another left onto Heybourne Rd. Travel on Heybourne Rd for approximately .5 miles and you will reach a large dirt parking lot and the Bently-Heritage Trailhead.
