This 800 acre property is owned and operated by The Nature Conservancy in partnership with Carson Valley Trails Association. There are two trails that go through a section of the property, the East Brockliss Loop at the north end of the property, and the West Fork Trail that follows along the Carson river for 2 miles. The trails are flat and packed dirt making it very accessible during the dry seasons. The trails may get muddy after heavy snow or rain.
