This is the shortest segment of trail at only 10.0 miles long. It passes through the beautiful McCarran Ranch preserve allowing recreationalists to enjoy the beautiful wetlands of the Truckee River. This trails are mostly flat packed dirt with some sandy areas. Given the trail passes through wetlands, some areas may be flooded or overgrown so you may need to walk your bike.
The Nature Conservancy has allowed users to pass through this area so please read the rules and regulations before visiting to maintain the longevity of this trail.
There are very few services or lodging in the area so please plan accordingly.

Tahoe-Pyramid TrailThe trail can be accessed at the intersection of E. Mustang Rd and Mustang Rd or at USA Parkway in Clark. Dirt parking lots are located at each trail head to make access easy.
